Suns: They thought trading Beal's 50 million in the span of 3 years was impossible, well now it's not. They get rid of Beal, who we already know won't work out on the suns, and free up almost 17 million in cap space. They lose even more draft capital in this trade, but a 2028 2RP won't be of any use. They add Brogdon, who could start at PG for them and they can move Book to SG. Brogdon can average a good 10-15 PPG and 6 assists per game, without being as ball dominant as Beal, letting Durant and Booker do their thing. They also struggle on defense and getting a defensive wing in Thybulle who can guard 1-5 can benifit them a lot. The most important thing in this trade is them getting off of Beal's massive contract, so the Suns probably win this trade the most.

Pistons: The pistons just had a devestating 14 win season. We saw Beal as a #1 guy on the Wizards averaging 30 PPG. Although he might not be the #1 guy on the Pistons as Cade is there, he would still get the ball way more then he does on the suns, and can carry this young pistons team to the play-in tournament while still averging 20-25 PPG on good efficency. The Pistons also get a valuable 2025 1RP, which is lottery protected, but can turn into something good in the future. And, they get 2 2RP's, which might not look like value, but can be good trade assests to aquire a decent player off the bench. Yes, they lose a lot of cap space, but I don't think they will be trying to sign a big free agent in the next 3 years anyways, as they would rather let their young stars develop into all stars.

Blazers: The Blazers get rid of 2 bad contracts, and 2 players that don't fit their timeline. In return, they get a Evan Fournier who they only have to keep for a year, Fontecchio who is a great shooter, and the blazers aren't a good team from beyond the line, and most importantly a young Sasser. Sasser has proven himself as a rookie, and he has a super bright future. He averaged 8 points, 3 assists, and shot 38% from the 3 point line which is exceptional for a rookie. Sasser fits the Blazers timeline, as the Blazers probably won't be in playoff contention for a while now. Also, the Blazers free up a lot of cap space which they can use to resign their young stars in the future.
